Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No refunds or exchanges on any purchases past 30 days. In order to complete your return, we will require the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can submit a request by clicking here or you can contact us at support@larucebeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Please allow time for returns and exchanges. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking information and/or shipping insurance for items over $75. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 
Customers have 60 days from the shipment date to report a package lost or stolen in order for LARUCE Beauty to file a claim and process. Anything beyond the 60-day timeframe is outside of our ability to process claims with shipping service and therefore may not be processed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For any exchanges, please contact support@larucebeauty.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales items & gift card purchases are final and are non-returnable.

All items marked as gift purchases will receive a credit for the same value of the purchased price. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to the address provided.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
